In addition to our 30 DAY RISK FREE Guarantee, we at GenXinks.com also warrant to the original customer purchasing such products directly from GenXinks.com that all such products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. We have to limit any claim under this warranty to the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. Any claim with respect to such products where the purchaser seeks a refund of the purchase price must be made 30 days from the original date of shipment by GenXinks.com. The purchaser can make claims to receive replacement product for a period of 60 days from the original date of shipment by GenXinks.com.

The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than GenXinks.com. The Limited Warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of GenXinks.com products and does not cover any damage to your printer, computer systems or other devices arising from your use of our products.

EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR CONTINUOUS INK SYSTEMS

In addition to the 60 day exchange warranty for any defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than GenXinks.com. Genxinks.com offers an extended warranty that covers parts on your Continuous Ink System for 1 full year.  The extended warranty starts the day the warranty is purchased and covers the following parts...

• Tubing
• Cartridges
• Chips

These and only these parts are covered by the Extended Warranty.  Parts being replaced by the Extended Warranty will be sent out as needed.  Customers are responsible to return defective parts replaced by the Extended Warranty, and are as well responsible for shipping defective parts covered by the Extended Warranty.  If the defective parts that the warranty covers are not returned to GenXinks within the time allowed, GenXinks will not cover any further part mentioned above and will void the warranty.  There are no refunds for voided warranties.  There will be no hibernation period, freeze period, or any such period that puts the warranty on hold for any such reason.  The One Year Extended Warranty will end exactly one year from the date purchased. If the Extended Warranty is used or not used it will not be refunded under any circumstance. The One Year Extended Warranty is NON-REFUNDABLE and does not extend pass the one year period mentioned above. No exceptions will be made. The Extended Warranty is only available to customers who purchase their systems from GenXinks.

ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED, MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
