SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted, GenXinks will make best efforts to ship merchandise within 2 days of the receipt of a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate. Any product that is shipped and returned due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, or cancellation, GenXinks will refund the order to the credit card used in the original transaction, less 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery (You will be notified via e-mail of any back order if any). GenXinks shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery, title to any product, and risk of loss passes from GenXinks to You upon shipment from GenXinks facility. Shipping is non-refundable on all orders. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES CONDITIONS

If you need to return any product(s) purchased from GenXinks.com then you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service at (323) 743-8667. If your item is defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival), along with your RMA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back any products purchased from us. You will be responsible for sending only the items that were sent to you originally, or the item that was defective, and nothing more. Any items not authorized for return will be deducted from your refund in the amount of postage paid by GenXinks. Items tested by GenXinks that are returned and considered non defective will result in no refund and will not be shipped back out to the customer unless the customer pays for postage.

Returned cartridges must meet the following conditions:

  • All returned cartridges must be at least seventy percent (70%) filled (which we feel is sufficient to enable a fair test of the quality of the product);
  • All non-defective products must be returned in packaging in an as-new condition.

Please note that if you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you. Because some of our customers have requested new products without returning their defective merchandise, we are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process. Unless specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.

Bulk ink (such as CIS refill kits, pint sized bottle ink, quart size bottle ink, and gallon size bottled ink) cannot be returned as a defective item. GenXinks will only refund bulk ink in as new condition (UNOPENED ONLY) and will apply a 15% restocking fee if returned for refund.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $65 on Ink and Toner will receive free shipping only for USA customers. Orders shipped for free will be shipped at the choice of (GenXinks) and will be shipped via USPS or UPS at the shippers discretion. Any orders returned for refunds that were shipped with the free shipping option will have the shipping amount deducted from their refund total. This means that you agree to pay the cost of shipping for the original order that was shipped for free, and agree to have it deducted from the total refund amount.  In addition to the deduction of the shipping, you also agree to pay a 15% restocking fee for any item returned that are not defective or proven non-defective by GenXinks.
